Agreement to Terms
Welcome to NovaGrow Gardens. By accessing our website or utilizing our vertical gardening services, you're agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Don't use our site if you disagree with any part of these terms.
We've designed these guidelines to ensure a transparent relationship between our urban farming enthusiasts and the NovaGrow Gardens team. Have you reviewed how we handle irrigation system installations yet?
Unless otherwise stated, NovaGrow Gardens and its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All rights are reserved. You're allowed to view these for personal use, but we've got to insist you don't republish our aesthetic design blueprints without permission.
Service Provisions
Our team specializes in the installation and maintenance of high-end vertical gardens. When you book an installation, we're committing to professional craftsmanship and plant health. However, nature is unpredictable. While we select custom plants for your specific light conditions, long-term survival depends on following our automated irrigation guidelines.
- Initial design consultations are subject to scheduling availability.
- Automated irrigation systems require a stable water connection.
- Maintenance contracts are billed monthly unless otherwise negotiated.
We'll always strive to provide the most accurate horticultural advice during our workshops. We believe in sustainable urban living, and we're here to help you succeed.
// TODO: Add specific liability clause for hydroponic nutrient solutions
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NovaGrow Gardens shouldn't be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our vertical gardening hardware. We're dedicated to safety, but the structural integrity of the wall on which a garden is installed remains the property owner's responsibility. Did you know we offer structural assessments prior to mounting?
We don't guarantee that our website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. It's your responsibility to configure your information technology appropriately.
